Welcome to ChessEndgames.com! (a.k.a. "we" or "us" or the "Company"). We are excited to have you as user and member of the community. The following terms and conditions (collectively, these "Terms of Service") apply to your use of www.chessendgames.com, including any content, functionality and services offered on or via ChessEndgames.com (the "Website"). We reserve the right to update or terminate the Website and these Terms of Service for any reason, without notice, at any time, and without liability to you. Your continued use of the Website following the publishing of updated Terms of Service means that you accept and agree to the changes.

3. Accessing the Website, Security and Privacy

We are working hard on improving ChessEndgames.com, but we can't guarantee that the Website will be up and running 24/7. We also reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to some features to users. In any case, we will not be liable if for any reason all or any part of the Website is unavailable at any time or for any period, nor for any data loss (see also section 7 below).

To access certain features of the Website you have to register by entering your email and choosing a password as part of our security procedures. You must treat such information as confidential, not disclosing it to any third party and only using ChessEndgames.com in person. We do not use SSL encrypted browsing for logged-in users, and we cannot guarantee that all use will be secure. We also do not guarantee that the Website or any content provided on the Website is error free. We manage your personal data according to our Privacy Policy.

We will report any unlawful data breach of this website’s database or the database(s) of any of our third party data processors to any and all relevant persons and authorities within 72 hours of the breach if it is apparent that personal data stored in an identifiable manner has been stolen.

You have the option to upgrade to a lifetime Premium for a fee. This will give you extra benefits on Chessendgames.com. Fees and benefits are listed here. Future fees for Premium may be adjusted without further notice. All payments are in US dollars.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase of Premium upgrade, please contact support@chessendgames.com. All users who buy first-time Premium upgrades are given a 30-days money back guarantee. Once a user has received a refund, he or she is no longer eligible for this money back guarantee.
